After a night of drinking, one Wisconsin resident decided to do the responsible thing, and not drive home. Having to leave her vehicle behind, she left a note on the windshield asking for pity to avoid being ticketed for remaining at the expired parking meter. Luckily, the police seemed to appreciate the responsibility, and let her off with a warning:
