Mr. Auto Glass of Tampa, FL has joined the list of prestigious, safety-conscious auto glass companies by becoming an accredited Auto Glass Safety Council (AGSC) Registered Member Company.
”By registering that Mr. Auto Glass is in compliance with the AGRSS Standard, the company demonstrates its commitment to the safety of its customers,” says Debra Levy, president of the AGSC. “This is an important step for Mr. Auto Glass and shows that their staff values their work in completing proper and safe auto glass installations for customers.”
Companies registered by AGSC must demonstrate their ability and willingness to complete installations in accordance with the AGRSS by undergoing random, on-site third-party validation audits at least once every four years.
The Auto Glass Safety Council is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to the safe replacement of auto glass. The Council was founded and is supported by companies in the auto glass industry that keep safe installation as their primary goal. The Council is also accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) – a standard development organization – and has developed North America’s only auto glass replacement standard, the AGRSS Standard (ANSI/AGSC/AGRSS 003-2015). The AGRSS Standard addresses procedures, education, and product performance for the proper replacement of Auto Glass.
